Cellar door Our Review Henry and Harriet Churchill, Brits with a background in sustainable agriculture, took over the Zig Zag vineyard from Eric and Anne Bellchambers in 2018. With a new baby in tow, Henry and Harriet were then 'new to winemaking, viticulture and parenting'.

Just enjoyed a delicious bottle of Zig Zag riesling that has been sitting in our cellar since December when we visited this wonderful vineyard. Served with local Sussex asparagus and then pork ragu from cookbook Salt, Fat, Acid Heat. A deliciously fruity and well balanced wine with a lovely acidity.
